IMG MODEL CASTING CALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting your pre-registration, application and any other documentation you submit as part of the application (“Application Materials”) to IMG Models, IMG Worldwide, LLC (“IMG”) for participation in the open casting call (“Open Casting”), you confirm and acknowledge the following:

1. You are over 18.
2. You are located in the territory and region of which the Open Casting is taking place.
3. The information contained in your Application Materials are true and complete to the best of your knowledge.
4. The Application Materials do not contain any work of any third-parties, or you have all necessary consents, permissions and releases to use such work. To the best of your knowledge the Application Materials do not: (a) violate any right of privacy or publicity of any person, whether contractual, statutory, common law or otherwise and/or (b) infringe any intellectual property rights of any third party.
5. Upon submission of your Application Materials and/or participation in the Open Casting, you acknowledge and agree that you are in adequate physical condition to engage in the activities necessary to participate in the Open Casting, and release IMG from any and all claims or liability arising directly from or in relation to your participation therein.
6. If your application is successful, you acknowledge that you may be asked to enter into a representation agreement with IMG for its provision of management services. You understand and acknowledge that any such written representation agreement would contain the precise terms of your representation with IMG and would constitute the entire agreement between you and IMG regarding the terms of the representation. Any such written agreement would supersede any other oral or written agreement, promises, assurances, understandings or statements made to you during any interview or discussions about representation with IMG.

By submitting your Application Materials, you agree that you have reviewed the full Terms of Use for the Site, the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy and have read, understood, accept and agreed to be bound by those terms, and the processing of your Personal Data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
