Miles Chamley-Watson

Height 6'3.5'' // 192 CM

Shoe 48

Miles Chamley-Watson is a nearly undefeated fencing champion who’s singlehandedly changing both the physical and figurative face of fencing – it’s a character trait that serves him well. Standing at 6’4” with Olympic victories under both arms, Miles’ fencing journey began as an after-school punishment. London-born and New York-bred, Miles picked up fencing at nine years old and quickly started developing his skill. Shortly thereafter, he started winning local competitions and subsequently won the Junior Olympics before qualifying for the real deal. He participated in the 2012 Olympics, taking home the bronze medal, and in 2013 became the first and only American to hold the title of World Champion in Senior Men’s Foil. Miles is the only fencer to have a move named after him. The “Chamley-Watson” not only denotes the in-imitable play where Miles wraps his arms around his body to strike his opponent, but also his quick-footed, precise, and never-back-down performance he never fails to deliver. To date, Miles has been featured on the covers of L’Officiel Italy, Magnet Quarterly, and The Press Magazine, and has also graced the pages of American Vogue, CR Fashion Book, and GQ. Miles currently holds highly coveted Red Bull and Nike contracts and will soon appear in an upcoming Lincoln commercial. Most recently, Miles has worked closely with a range of brands including Richard Mille, Zegna, Mercedes-Benz, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Tiffany & Co, Coach, Todd Snyder, Aritzia, eBay, Equinox, Lobos 1707 Tequila, and Samsung.
